Three Swimmers, one goal to compete at the Australian Trials.
This week, Xav, Jack and Kai took the plunge into something much bigger than just a race — it was their first Australian Swimming Trials, standing on the blocks beside the best in the country that included Olympians, World Champions and also their heroes.
The nerves they felt and pressure they placed on themselves was real, but they didn't back down.
They showed up.
They raced hard.
They learnt more in a few days than they ever thought possible.
This wasn’t just about chasing podiums — it was about chasing growth, courage, and experience. They all walked in as qualifiers and left as stronger athletes and even stronger people.
Congratulations to Xav, Jack and Kai — we are incredibly proud of you. You didn’t just race at Trials, you showed you belonged there.
The 2025 Australian Swimming Trials are set to take place in Adelaide from 9-14 June.
This premier event is not only a chance for Australia’s top swimmers to go head-to-head, but also serves as a critical qualifier for upcoming national teams.
We’re excited to watch Xav, Kai and Jack as they take to the pool at their first Australian Trials.

From Country Roots to the National Stage – Farewell Ethan!
Three years ago, Ethan took a courageous leap—leaving behind the comfort of home, family, and friends to chase a dream at our club.
With determination in his heart, he initially switched from Breaststroke to Butterfly, but after a season of tough lessons, he returned to his true strength—Breaststroke. That’s when everything clicked.
Ethan didn’t just qualify for his first National Championship—he made the finals. Since then, he's soared to new heights, earning qualifying times for Nationals, Olympic and World Championship Trials, finally making the finals in the 50, 100, and 200m Breaststroke events at the recent 2025 Australian Swimming Championships.
Now, as he looks to complete his university studies, Ethan is relocating to NSW.
While we’re sad to see him go, we couldn’t be prouder of all he’s achieved.
Ethan, thank you for the inspiration, the hard work, and the memories.
Wishing you every success in the next chapter—both in and out of the pool! ... See MoreSee Less
